Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In principle, there is no right of withdrawal for products purchased via our webshop. Returns or exchanges can only be made after prior written agreement with us.

2. Return conditions

  • Returns must be made within 10 days.
  • The products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in an undamaged condition.
  • A copy of the proof of purchase and a detailed description of the fault/defect must be enclosed.
  • Returns are always at the expense and risk of the customer.
  • In the event of price changes between purchase and return, the lower price will be refunded.

3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been manufactured according to customer specifications.
  • Products that cannot be taken back for hygienic reasons (e.g. if the packaging has been opened).
  • Services that have already been provided in full.
  • Products that have been specially procured for the customer and are not regularly available in the range.
  • Perishable goods or goods whose expiry date has been exceeded.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.

4. Warranty and manufacturer's warranty

  • The warranty is provided in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
  • The statutory warranty is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
  • In the event of a defect in the product, the customer is obliged either to claim the defect directly from the manufacturer or to contact us.
  • The warranty period is at least 24 months, unless otherwise stated.
  • Damage caused by improper handling, natural wear and tear, unauthorized intervention or external influences (e.g. force majeure) is excluded from the warranty.
  • A guarantee is a voluntary contractual service provided by the manufacturer and goes beyond the mandatory warranty claims.
  • Warranty claims not covered by the manufacturer or additional costs incurred in the processing of warranty claims will be charged to the customer.

5. Procedure for returns

  • Contact: Please contact us by e-mail at info@klickit.ch, stating your order number, a description of the fault and your contact details.
  • Return confirmation: After written confirmation from us, you will receive the return address and instructions for the return shipment.
  • Return shipment: The return shipment is at the expense and risk of the customer.
  • Packaging: The goods must be returned in their original packaging. If this is missing, the goods must be packed for transportation.
  • Inspection: Upon receipt, the goods are inspected to determine whether they meet the return conditions.

6. Refund

  • A refund will be made if the return has been accepted and all conditions have been met.
  • Refunds will be made to the original method of payment used.
  • Refunds can take up to 10 working days after inspection of the goods.
  • If more than 15 working days have passed without you receiving a refund, please contact us at info@klickit.ch.

7. Loss of value on return

The customer is responsible for any loss in value of the goods caused by improper handling or inappropriate packaging during return shipment. Returns that are made without prior consultation or are incomplete may be rejected.
